By booking any session or service, you agree to the policies below.

Come Prepared

Clients must arrive shoot-ready:

• Hair & makeup done (if needed)

• Nails groomed

• Outfits steamed and ready

• Props and accessories brought

Elishotthat is not responsible for unpreparedness.

Unprepared clients may have their session cancelled without refund.

Turnaround Time

• Raw photos/videos: 48 hours (if included)

• Edited photos/videos: 3–5 days after selections

• Events & music videos: 5–10 days depending on project size

• Rush delivery: Available for an additional fee

Editing & Revisions

• Standard editing includes color correction, lighting fixes, and clean cuts

• Advanced effects, heavy retouching, or body modifications may include extra fees

• Revisions: Included based on your package

• Extra revisions may require additional payment

Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book

• Remaining balance is due the day of your session

• Accepted payments:

– Zelle

– Apple Pay

– Cash App

– Cash

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Late Policy

• 15–30 minutes late → $50 late fee

• 30+ minutes late → Session cancelled, no refund

Late arrival reduces your shooting time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable

• 72-hour notice required to reschedule

• One reschedule allowed within 3 months

• No-call/no-shows forfeit deposit & session

Guests

I recommend bringing 2–4 people for outdoor shoots.

Large groups can take the focus away from the photos and slow down the session—but it’s completely up to you. If you want to bring the whole family, you can!

For studio sessions, please limit extra guests (not being photographed) to 2–5 people to keep the space comfortable and efficient.

Makeup artists and hairstylists are always welcome on set

Props & Preparation

Elijah is not responsible for providing additional props, clothing, accessories, or personal items before or during your session.

Please come prepared with everything you want to use. Failure to bring needed items does not fall on the photographer.

Studio & Location Etiquette

• Do not roam the building or off-limit areas

• Wait in your vehicle or lobby upon arrival

• Changing time counts toward your session time

• Early access must be approved ahead of time

• Respect all locations and equipment

Client-Provided Locations

Clients must secure a location that is:

• Safe

• Legal

• Accessible

• Photo/video friendly

Elishotthat does not secure or provide locations unless stated.

Clients receive a personal-use license only.

You may not:

• Apply heavy filters

• Re-edit or modify RAW files

• Use content for business/ads without purchasing commercial rights

• Resell or redistribute content

You may use your content for:

• Social media

• Personal sharing

• Printing

You may not:

• Use for ads, brand deals, or promotion without licensing

• Re-edit or alter raw files

Elishotthat may use selected content for promotion unless client opts out before the session.

• Portfolio

• Advertising & promotional use
